turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.\n\nSkills and Competencies :\n\n- 7+ years of experience building enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern software engineering practices\n\n- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, design patterns, microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures\n\n- Proven expertise in concurrent programming, relational databases, cloud-native technologies, containers, and AWS services\n\n- Experience with Linux environments, performance optimization, system scalability, and production support\n\n- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring engineers, performing code reviews, and driving technical excellence\n\n- Demonstrated proficiency using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity, software quality, and delivery outcomes\n\nEducation :\n\n- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline\n\nResponsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications and microservices\n\n- Lead cloud migration, system modernization, and application integration initiatives\n\n- Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency\n\n- Participate in solution architecture discussions and recommend appropriate technical approaches\n\n- Mentor junior engineers and promote coding standards, best practices, and software engineering excellence\n\n- Collaborate with stakeholders across product, project
