You will join the Manufacturing Assembly and Test team directly, reporting to our Manufacturing Supervisor and enjoy an on-site, collaborative working environment on first shift.\nAs an Assembly/Harnessing Technician, you will add incredible value to the team by holding responsibility for:\nAssemble high reliability chassis and final assemblies using circuit cards, stand offs, wire harnesses, solder and crimping, electrical and mechanical instruments.\n\nPerform high reliability soldering and crimping operations on complex sub-assemblies, electronic, and mechanical assemblies, repair of circuit boards, jumper wires, and wire harnesses.\n\nDecipher and work from assembly drawings, worksheets, parts lists, test specifications, and other instructions, both written and oral.\n\nKnow and follow applicable Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) procedures\n\nPerform running harnessing and working with motion control pointing mechanisms as required.\n\nWork in concert with Product Engineering in diagnosing and proposing the necessary rework on models that are intricate in structure and design.\n\nWork closely with engineering to innovate testing procedures and suggest changes in worksheet processes.\n\nClean components to required cleanliness levels. Maintains traceability records, MDC forms and configuration records on controlled programs.\n\nWork on repair units normally run with production units.\n\nMay be required to travel to customer facilities and service Moog hardware.\n\nTo be considered for this Assembly/Harnessing Technician role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:\nHS Diploma (or equivalent) is required.
