Based in North County Dublin, Ireland, we support customers worldwide through engineering expertise, responsive customer service, tailored repair solutions, and more than 30 years of experience delivering high-quality aftermarket support.\nWe're looking for an EHS & Compliance Coordinator to join our team.\nThe EHS & Compliance Coordinator will support the Safety, Quality and Compliance function within our aviation maintenance organisation. This role is responsible for coordinating Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) activities, supporting regulatory compliance requirements, administering the internal audit programme, and providing administrative support across the Safety, Quality and Compliance department. Working closely with operational teams, the successful candidate will help promote a strong safety culture, maintain compliance with EASA Part 145 requirements, and support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the business. aerospace environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnvironmental, Health & Safety (EHS)\nSupport the implementation and maintenance of the company's EHS Management System.\nCoordinate workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.\nMonitor and track corrective and preventive actions arising from EHS activities.\nAssist with investigations.\nMaintain EHS records, reports, and documentation.\nSupport compliance with Irish health, safety, and environmental legislation.\nCoordinate awareness initiatives.\nQuality & Regulatory Compliance\nSupport compliance with EASA Part 145, FAA, and customer requirements as applicable.\nAssist in planning, scheduling, and conducting internal audits.\nParticipate in supplier and process audits when required.\nSupport document control activities and management system updates.\nMonitor compliance metrics and prepare reports for management review meetings.\nAdministration & Reporting\nProvide administrative support to the Safety, Quality and Compliance department.\nMaintain compliance databases and records.\nPrepare and communicate compliance-related reports, procedural documentation and audit records in a clear, accurate and professional manner.\nPrepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and KPI dashboards.\nSupport continuous improvement projects and compliance initiatives.\nQualifications & Experience\nEssential\nDegree qualification in Aviation Management, Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Business Management, or a related discipline.\nStrong organisational and administrative skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to work with regulated documentation.\nAbility to work with legal, regulatory and procedural documentation in a highly regulated environment.\nExceptional written and verbal English communication skills.\nStrong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across operational, quality, safety and compliance teams.\nConfidence in communicating and presenting information to employees, management teams and auditors.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nFull driving licence and ability to reliably commute to Ballyboughal, North County Dublin.\nAbility to work on-site as required by the role.\nDesirable\nPrevious experience within an aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or regulated industry environment.\nPrevious experience preparing technical, regulatory or compliance documentation within a regulated environment.\nKnowledge of EASA Part 145 requirements.\nExperience supporting internal audit programmes.\nExperience interacting with auditors, regulatory bodies, customers or senior stakeholders.\nUnderstanding of Environmental, Health & Safety principles and legislation.\nFamiliarity with quality management systems and continuous
