This role involves product design, sales support as well as production support aspects and will collaborate with other engineers and with other functions to ensure delivering products with quality, supporting customers and executing projects.\nDefine product specification and design product that meets market needs, target specifications, costs, and quality.\nPerform engineering tasks in accordance with Moog's standard engineering processes, documentation, and project management process.\nKeeps abreast of technology trends and new technologies, propose and designs solutions that meet customer needs.\nCommunicate closely with customers and sales teams to clarify product design specifications.\nWork with respective operation departments to ensure that product cost is optimized in the design.\nConduct product evaluation testing and compile technical reports.\nLead product development and design projects.\nCompiles technical information necessary for product manufacturing and provides support to the operations department.\nDesign manufacturing and test equipment based on the needs specified with operation department.\nInvestigate technical details and work toward resolution of claim handling with customers and manufacturing defects.\nLiaise with MOOG global colleagues to ensure close collaboration.\nConduct other duties as assigned for business
