You will report to the Manufacturing Manager and will have an onsite, 1st shift work schedule in Niagara Falls, New York.\nTo be considered for the A&T Technician III position, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:\nHigh School diploma or GED preferred. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.\nAt least 3 years of relevant experience.\nAs an A&T Technician III, you will:\nPerform harnessing, crimping, soldering while maintaining NASA and J-STD certification.\nPerform pressure testing, leak checks, electrical testing, and flushing/cleanliness checks.\nUse portable instruments to trouble shoot and repair.\nOperate gages, flow meters, mechanical measuring equipment, torque wrenches, etc.\nRead mechanical drawings and work to controlled documentation.\nKnowledge of mechanical/electro-mechanical and electronic component/circuits fabrication and repair techniques.\nKnowledge of the characteristics, properties, uses and safe handling of electricity, chemicals, gases and cryogenic fluids.\nGeneral knowledge of the operation, maintenance, and calibration of test equipment. \nPerform duties in a shop and laboratory environment.\nOccasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.\nMay be exposed to mechanical, electrical, or chemical processes requiring use of protective eyewear and PPE.\nThis position requires full physical which includes bloodwork, Pulmonary Function testing, and fit test.\nHow we care for you:\nFinancial Rewards: great compensation package, bonus opportunities , matching 401k, and the ability to participate in Employee Stock Purchase Plan (select locations), Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts\nWork/Life Balance: Flexible paid time off, holidays and parental leave program, relocation assistance.\nHealth & Welfare: Comprehensive insurance coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, Employee Assistance Plan (“EAP”) and other supplemental benefit coverages.\nProfessional Skills Development: Tuition Assistance, mentorship and coaching opportunities, leadership development and other personal growth programs\nCulture: Warm, respectful, family-like environment driven by our 12 core values.
