This role will partner closely with the Business Process Champion and Data Lead for Sales & Service to drive disciplined project-level execution while ensuring alignment with overall program objectives, milestones, and governance.\nThis role coordinates cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT, system integrators, and third-party partners. The Project Manager ensures transparency, predictability, and delivers rigor, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to support successful adoption, go-live, and stabilization outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Planning & Execution\nDevelop and manage detailed project plans aligned to the integrated modernization program schedule, milestones, and governance model.\n\nLead assigned ERP modernization projects or workstreams through all delivery phases: Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Hypercare.\n\nManage day-to-day project execution, including task tracking, milestone achievement, and issue resolution.\n\nScope, Risk & Dependency Management\nActively manage project scope, ensuring alignment with approved designs and adherence to formal change control processes.\n\nIdentify, assess, and manage project-level risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate to the Modernization Program Manager with clear mitigation recommendations.\n\nCoordinate cross-workstream dependencies with peer Project Leads to ensure integrated delivery.\n\nResource & Stakeholder Coordination\nCoordinate business, IT, system integrator, and third-party resources to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.\n\nFacilitate effective collaboration across functional and technical teams.\n\nPartner closely with Solution Architecture, Functional Leads, and Organizational Change Management (OCM) to align delivery and adoption activities.\n\nReporting & Governance\nPrepare and deliver accurate project status reporting, forecasts, and issue updates in alignment with program reporting standards.\n\nIssue and RAID log management for related project area(s)\n\nEnsure adherence to established program governance, delivery methodology, and quality standards.\n\nTesting, Cutover & Go-Live Support\nSupport testing cycles, defect resolution, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities.\n\nEnsure project deliverables meet quality standards and achieve business stakeholder acceptance.\n\nSupport knowledge transfer and transition to sustain and operations teams post go-live.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.\n\n5+ years of project management experience supporting implementations or major modernization initiatives.
