You will report to the SiteManager and will have an onsite work schedule in Johnson City, Tennessee.\nTo be considered for Buyer/Planner, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:\nBachelor's degree with 5 years of procurement/supply chain experience or an associate’s degree with 9 years of procurement/supply chain experience or high school diploma/equivalent with 13 years of related experience.\nProven experience in planning, procurement, or inventory management in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong negotiation and communication skills\nAnalytical mindset with an ability to interpret data and market trends\nFamiliarity with procurement software or ERP systems \nPreferred Qualifications:\nDegree in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management\nAs a Buyer/Planner, you will:\nSource, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms\nAnalyze market trends to make data-driven purchasing decisions\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure inventory meets operational needs\nMaintain strong supplier relationships and oversee contract management\nEnsure cost-effectiveness and quality in all purchasing activities\nReview MRP requirements and inventory on hand balances to ensure material availability.
