You will work closely with the Maintenance Team Lead and collaborate with fellow technicians to ensure production-critical systems operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with quality standards.\nTraining is provided on our specific machine models. As a generational company, we invest in people for the long term, building careers that last decades.\nWhat You Will Be Responsible For\nDelivering preventative maintenance and repair support for CNC machine tools and related equipment; providing backup support for test systems\nDiagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and control faults on CNC machinery\nEnsuring all repairs meet internal and external audit standards, leaving equipment calibrated and production-ready\nManaging parts procurement and inventory for timely, cost-effective maintenance\nMaintaining accurate risk assessments and adhering strictly to health and safety protocols\nParticipating in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives\nSupporting a site with over 150 test systems, managing up to 10 concurrent support activities\nWhat You Will Bring\nVocational qualification in engineering\n5+ years' hands-on experience in hydraulic, mechanical, mechatronic, or CNC machine maintenance roles\nProven experience diagnosing and repairing CNC machine tools and controls\nUnderstanding of electronic circuits, CNC systems, and fault-finding procedures\nKnowledge of robotics is advantageous but not essential\nA proactive, reliable approach with high personal standards\nStrong team working skills and clear communication ability\nPlease note: prior experience with our specific machine brands (Mazak, Star, Okuma) is not required.
