For you, working with us can mean deeper job satisfaction, better rewards, and a great quality of life inside and outside of work.\nJob Title:\nContracts ManagerReporting To:\nSr. Contracts ManagerWork Schedule:\nHybrid - Buffalo, NYWe are seeking a Contracts Manager in Moog’s Central Supply Chain organization.Your role is critical in managing vendor contract requirements for a wide range of indirect procurement categories including Machine Tooling, Calibration Services, IT, Chemicals, Facilities, Logistics and Professional Services.You will report to the Senior Contracts Manager.You will have an onsite or hybrid work schedule.\nAs a Contracts Manager you will….\nSupport procurement managers to develop and execute procurement strategies.\n\nPrepare and negotiate vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Includes drafting contractual language, reviewing and responding to proposed vendor contractual deviations.\n\nCollaborate with various Moog functional disciplines on contract requirements, e.g., trade compliance, VAT, duties, Incoterms, cyber security, FAR, DFARS, and other relevant areas.\n\nConsult with internal and external legal counsel on contract-related matters.\n\nProvide contracts guidance and support to procurement and logistics managers.\n\nMaintain accurate records of all contracts, amendments, and associated supplier communications.\n\nDevelop and maintain a variety of contract templates including standard Long Term Supplier Agreements, Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase, and other contract vehicles.\n\nIdentify and mitigate risks associated with vendor contracts.\n\nIdentify opportunities to optimize the contract management lifecycle process and implement procedure changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
