For you, working with us can mean deeper job satisfaction, better rewards, and a great quality of life inside and outside of work.\nOur Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team in the Corporate Group is seeking an EHS Project Coordinator to support the coordination and execution of EHS projects, systems, processes, and improvement initiatives.\nThis role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating activities, working with multiple stakeholders, tracking progress, and helping ensure projects and initiatives stay on schedule.\nYou will report to the Corporate Environmental Health & Safety Global Services Manager. This hybrid role requires regular onsite presence at our corporate headquarters in East Aurora, New York, in accordance with company requirements.\nTo be considered for the EHS Project Coordinator role, here's what you'll typically need to bring with you:\nBachelor’s degree in business, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.\nAt least 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, business processes, systems, operations, data, or a related area.\nExperience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.\nStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills for coordinating multiple projects and priorities.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. Familiarity with Microsoft Project is preferred but not required.\nAbility to work independently with general supervision while collaborating effectively with a broader team.\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate data, identify issues, and support sound decisions.\nFamiliarity with EHS data, systems, or reporting processes is preferred but not required.\nAs the EHS Project Coordinator, you will:\nSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of EHS projects and process-improvement initiatives.
