You will report to the Production Manager and have an onsite, 1st shift work schedule in Highland Heights, Ohio. (7:00am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday)\nTo be considered for this role, here’s what you need to bring with you:\nBachelors Degree in Electronics (or related field) or Associates Degree in Electronics (or related field), or five (5) years of applicable work experience.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nAbility to use hand tools and work with small components\nAbility to read technical documents and drawings\nBasic math skills\nAbility to learn quickly and work independently\nStrong organization and multitasking skills\nProfessional and team-oriented attitude\nAs an Electronics Test Technician, you will:\nPerform calibration and functional testing of production units in accordance with work instructions, engineering drawings, and customer specifications.\nSet up, operate, calibrate, and maintain test equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.\nTroubleshoot test setups, equipment issues, and nonconforming products to support production goals.\nReview, document, and record test results, including pass/fail determinations and production data.\nInspect products and completed work to verify compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.\nMaintain accurate production records, including output quantities, time reporting, and test documentation.\nHandle materials safely within an Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) controlled environment.\nIdentify and report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or process issues to support timely resolution.\nFollow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, including AS9100, ISO, and other applicable standards.\nSupport cross-functional teams by communicating effectively and collaborating to meet production objectives.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.\nMeet established productivity, quality, and performance targets while delivering work within defined timelines.\nParticipate in required training, certifications, and continuous learning opportunities to maintain technical proficiency.\nPerform other duties as assigned to support operational and customer needs.\nHow We Care for You:\nFinancial Rewards: great compensation package, bonus opportunities, matching 401k, and the ability to participate in Employee Stock Purchase Plan (select locations), Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts\nWork/Life Balance: Flexible paid time off, holidays and parental leave program, relocation assistance.\nHealth & Welfare: Comprehensive insurance coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, Employee Assistance Plan (“EAP”) and other supplemental benefit coverages.\nProfessional Skills Development: Tuition Assistance, mentorship and coaching opportunities, leadership development and other personal growth programs\nCulture: Warm, respectful, family-like environment driven by our 12 core values.
