For you, working with us can mean deeper job satisfaction, better rewards, and a great quality of life inside and outside of work.\nJob Title:\nEnterprise Integration Project ManagerReporting To:\nProfessional, IT Business PartnersWork Schedule:\nOnsite - Buffalo, NYMoog's Military Aircraft Group is in search of an Enterprise Integration Project Manager, Change Enablement to join their team!\nThe Enterprise Integration Project Manager, Change Enablement is responsible for planning and delivering modernization initiatives while driving practical adoption and readiness activities across impacted MAG teams\nThis role combines strong project execution discipline with targeted organizational change support to help the business adopt new processes, tools, and ways of working with minimal disruption\nThe role partners with business stakeholders, IT delivery teams, integration partners, and functional leaders to ensure work is delivered on time, risks are actively managed, and change is sustained beyond go-live\nThis role offers a 1st shift schedule at our East Aurora, NY location.\nAs the Enterprise Integration Project Manager, Change Enablement you will:\nBuild and manage end-to-end project plans, milestones, and delivery dependencies aligned to modernization priorities.\nRun day-to-day project execution, including status management, issue resolution, and escalation.\nMaintain clear control of project scope, timelines, RAID logs, and change requests.\nCoordinate cross-functional work across business, IT, and partner teams to ensure integrated delivery.\nPrepare concise and accurate reporting for leadership and governance forums.\nSupport testing, cutover readiness, go-live activities, and stabilization planning.\nLead change impact assessments for assigned initiatives and identify adoption risks early.\nDevelop and execute focused communication and stakeholder engagement plans with business leaders.\nPartner with training and functional leads to support user readiness and role-based enablement.\nTrack adoption indicators and coordinate corrective actions to improve sustained usage.\nFollow Corporate PMO methodologies, governance standards, templates, and delivery controls across all assigned work.\nTo be considered for this role, here’s what you will typically need to bring with you:\nBachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related field\nPlus 5 years of project management experience supporting implementations or major modernization initiatives\nExperience in ERP implementations is preferred \nProven project management capability in complex business or technology initiatives.\nWorking experience with organizational change management practices in enterprise programs.\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate across business, IT, and delivery partner teams\nStrong execution mindset with the ability to drive decisions, follow-through, and accountability.\nQuick learner with ability to understand new business processes and systems rapidly.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with clear stakeholder management discipline.\nTravel: 10% or less\nIt would be great if you also had:\nExperience supporting ERP, MES, or enterprise platform modernization programs.\nFamiliarity with structured delivery methods (e.g., waterfall-hybrid, agile-hybrid, stage-gate).\nExperience with project and reporting tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar.\nExperience working in manufacturing, aerospace, or other operationally complex environments\nPMP, CAPM, Prosci, or equivalent project/change certification.\nHow We Care for You:\nFinancial Rewards: great compensation package, bonus opportunities , matching 401k, and the ability to participate in Employee Stock Purchase Plan (select locations), Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts\nWork/Life Balance: Flexible paid time off, holidays and parental leave program, relocation assistance.\nHealth & Welfare: Comprehensive insurance coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, Employee Assistance Plan (“EAP”) and other supplemental benefit coverages.\nProfessional Skills Development: Tuition Assistance, mentorship and coaching opportunities, leadership development and other personal growth program.\nCulture: Warm, respectful, family-like environment driven by our 12 core values.
