For you, working with us can mean deeper job satisfaction, better rewards, and a great quality of life inside and outside of work.\nJob Title:\nIndustrial Security SpecialistReporting To:\nFSOWork Schedule:\nOnsite - Buffalo, NYMoog’s Military Aircraft Group is in search of an Industrial Security Specialist.\nAs an Industrial Security Specialist, you will be working under the direction of the Facility Security Officer (FSO) to ensure compliance with U.S. Government regulations for classified contracts in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and other Department of War (DoW) regulatory directives.\nThis role offers a first shift, on-site schedule at our East Aurora, NY location.\nAs an Industrial Security Specialist, you will:\nPersonnel Clearance (PCL) Management:\nSupport badge access for PCL holders.\n Process personnel for U.S. Department of Defense security clearances, upgrades and reinvestigations.\nAdminister and track initial and annual Program Access Requests, Prescreening Questionnaires and Templates.\n Maintain accuracy and timely updates in DISS and internal records management system(s).\n Support random entry and exit inspections.\nPerform end of day checks on rotational basis.\nSEAD 3 and General Reporting Obligations:\nAssist with gathering facts for infractions and security violations, generate reports for FSO review and submission.\nReceive, organize, and provide detailed weekly summary of unauthorized access attempts, alarmed events, and contracted patrol reports to FSO.\nObtain and maintain advanced working knowledge of Sign in Compliance tool.\nFOCI Mitigation\nGather, review, organize and provide detailed summary of monthly FOCI reports to FSO for monthly review and quarterly reporting.\nReceive, review and report FOCI mitigation concerns to FSO.\nContinuous Education and Improvements\nSupport FSO identifying policy, procedures, and standard work updates.\nIdentify gaps, deficiencies, and areas for improvement.\nParticipate in learning, education, and growth opportunities.\n\nTo be considered for this role here’s what you’ll typically need to bring with you:\nBachelor’s degree and 3 years relevant experience in corporate, industrial security and/or legal compliance roles.\nCurrent Top Secret security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain for the duration of employment requiring a security clearance and all required training and/or certifications\nPrior industrial security experience and training preferred.\nHigh level of ethical, moral, and trustworthiness standards required to protect personal, company sensitive, and U.S. Government classified and unclassified sensitive information.\nAbility to work in office both independently and collaboratively with a high-functioning on-demand security team, along with internal and external program stakeholders.\nMust be capable of multitasking while maintaining superior accuracy and proper recordkeeping management for all responsible tasks, duties, and assignments.\nExperience interpreting and applying the NISPOM, Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency’s Assessment and Authorization Guide (DAAG) and other DoD regulations including controlled unclassified information.\nProficiency using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and U.S. government databases including but not limited to, DISS, SWFT, NISS, and others as required.\nWillingness and ability to walk within large buildings up to several times per day with packages weighing less than 20 lbs.\nValid NYS Drivers License\nHow We Care for You:\nFinancial Rewards: great compensation package, bonus opportunities , matching 401k, and the ability to participate in Employee Stock Purchase Plan (select locations), Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts\nWork/Life Balance: Flexible paid time off, holidays and parental leave program, relocation assistance.\nHealth & Welfare: Comprehensive insurance coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, Employee Assistance Plan (“EAP”) and other supplemental benefit coverages.\nProfessional Skills Development: Tuition Assistance, mentorship and coaching opportunities, leadership development and other personal growth programs\nCulture: Warm, respectful, family-like environment driven by our 12 core values.
