In this role, you will lead an engineering-focused core team responsible for driving knowledge management initiatives across all Moog business units worldwide.\nYou will support strategic priorities defined by Moog’s Chief Technical Officer and the Global Engineering Council, ensuring critical engineering knowledge is effectively captured, stored, and shared to strengthen operational excellence and innovation.\nTo be considered for the KM Engineering Manager, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:\nBachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline.\nOver 10 years of engineering experience, including work with Moog products, systems, and engineering standards\nOver three (3) years of people leadership experience, including developing and coaching high-performing teams\nProven ability to lead through influence and partner cross-functionally to achieve operational objectives\nExperience effectively leading teams through organizational and process change\nContinuous improvement mindset with demonstrated success developing strategy and implementing process or program improvements\nStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills\nSolid technical and project management capabilities\nWorking knowledge of existing Moog data storage and knowledge repositories\nWillingness to travel up to 10%, as needed\nMust live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work onsite, or be willing to relocate.
