(Formal schedule is M-Th, 7:00am - 4:00pm, every other Fri 7:00am - 3:00pm)\nTo be considered for thisOperations Manager - CCA / Electronics Manufacturing role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) discipline; OR 4+ years of Professional Leadership Experience in a Manufacturing Environment.\n3+ years of Leadership Experience in a Circuit Card Assembler (CCA), Electronics Assembly, Printed Circuit Board (PCB), Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Electromechanical, Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), or other Electronic Manufacturing Environment.\n3+ years of Production Operations, Value Stream Leadership, or Process Development Experience in a Manufacturing Environment.\n2+ years of People Leadership Experience.\nIt would be great if you also had:\nExperience leading or supporting Printed Circuit Card Assembly (CCA), Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA), Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), avionics manufacturing, electronics assembly, electromechanical assembly, or other electronic manufacturing operations.
