As a Product Engineer supporting our Flight Simulation business, you'll serve as the technical focal point for advanced electromechanical actuator products throughout their lifecycle, helping bridge the gap between engineering development, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers.\nThis role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys technical problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous product improvement within a production environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet customer expectations while supporting configuration management, design changes, root cause investigations, and corrective actions that keep production moving forward.\nTo be considered for this role, here’s what you’ll typically bring with you:\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\nThree (3) or more years of engineering experience in product engineering, manufacturing engineering, design engineering, systems engineering, or related technical role.\nIt’s preferred if you bring:\nExperience supporting electromechanical, motion control, actuator, automation, industrial equipment, aerospace, or related engineered products.\nExperience working in a production or manufacturing environment with exposure to engineering change management and configuration control processes.\nKnowledge of root cause analysis, corrective action methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.\nExperience supporting products throughout the full lifecycle, from design transition through production support and sustainment.\nFamiliarity with control systems, electronics, circuit analysis, electromechanical systems, or motion control technology.\nAs a Product Engineer, you will:\nServe as the responsible Product Engineer for electromechanical actuator products supporting the flight simulation market.\nMaintain technical ownership of assigned products from development through production and ongoing sustainment.\nPartner closely with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, program management, and customers to resolve technical challenges and support business objectives.\nLead investigations into product and production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective corrective actions.\nEvaluate, coordinate, and implement engineering changes while ensuring proper configuration management and product documentation control.\nSupport design reviews, specification reviews, customer inquiries, and production readiness activities.\nCoordinate the efforts of multiple disciplines to ensure successful execution of product commitments.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, reliability, manufacturability, and efficiency.\nCollaborate with suppliers and customers as needed to support product performance and business requirements.\n\nHow we care for you:\nFinancial Rewards: great compensation package, bonus opportunities , matching 401k, and the ability to participate in Employee Stock Purchase Plan (select locations), Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts\nWork/Life Balance: Flexible paid time off, holidays and parental leave program, relocation assistance.\nHealth & Welfare: Comprehensive insurance coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, Employee Assistance Plan (“EAP”) and other supplemental benefit coverages.\nProfessional Skills Development: Tuition Assistance, mentorship and coaching opportunities, leadership development and other personal growth programs\nCulture: Warm, respectful, family-like environment driven by our 12 core values.
