We are positioned on virtually every aircraft flying today, supplying highly reliable systems that are supportable and add significant value for our customers.\nTo be considered for this role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:\nHigh School diploma or GED preferred. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.\nOver three months of related experience.\nDemonstrated ability using adjustable measuring instruments with interpretation of their applications.\nDemonstrated ability working with operation sheets, sketches, and verbal instructions.\nIn accordance with strict Federal Aviation Administration (F.A.A.) regulations regarding Safety Sensitive Work (S.S.W.), employee enrollment & participation in the company’s \"F.A.A. Drug & Alcohol Program\" is a requirement for this position.\nAs a Shake/Pulse Flush Operator, you will:\nCleaning, demagnetizing, shake flush, pressure checking, flow test plug-in bodies, and cleaning & packaging of parts.\nHere is a breakdown of your responsibilities:\nPressure checking consists of part and fixture assembly connected to an oil pressure stand. The part is sprayed with a solution to detect leaks by visual appearance.\nShake and flush consists of mounting the part and fixture assembly on a machine. The machine produces an adjustable cleaning cycle which shakes' the assembly while changing direction of solvent flow through the part.\nPulse flush consists of taking part, fixture, and details and connecting the assembly to a solvent power supply system. The power supply system pumps solvent with a high-pressure pulse action-through controlled paths within the parts until it is clean.\nCleaning parts consists of using ultrasonic degreaser, Magnus washer, special solvents, demagnetizing if required, oiling parts to prevent rust, and packaging parts for stock.\nFlow testing consists of mounting a plug-in body to a fixture on an oil low stand.
