You will report to the Contract Administration Manager and will have an on-site, work schedule in East Aurora, New York.\nTo be considered for Senior Repair Administrator, here’s what you’ll typically need to bring the following:\nAssociates Degree, preferably in business or technical discipline.\n\nAt least five years of experience in customer service or related environment.\n\nAs a Senior Repair Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:\nInitiate new and repair job orders.\n\nEnsure integrity of Moog’s contractual performance.\n\nInitiate and maintain sales paperwork manually or on-line for processing repair orders, pricing, terms and conditions and special instructions.\n\nPrepare quote proposals and deliveries for repairs, overhauls, and inspections upon receipt of inspection results of returned materials and initiate transmittals to the customer for authorization of changes and release of repair orders.\n\nOrganize and maintain up-to-date files, records and logs on all phases of the repair activity.\n\nPrepare all necessary documents and, on occasion, special certifications and other documents required for Government or customer source-controlled hardware and overseas shipments.\n\nInitiate and expedite all AOG requirements.\n\nEnsure meeting quoted delivery schedules.\n\nServe as Moog’s point of contact for customers, including customer interaction in a professional, credible manner to enhance opportunity for continued and increased business.\n\nReview and acknowledge purchase orders with appropriate Moog disciplines to ensure that all contractual requirements are consistent with Moog’s proposal, and take appropriate action when differences exist between the Moog proposal and the customer order.\n\nHow We Care for You:\nFinancial Rewards: great compensation package, bonus opportunities, 401k matching, and the ability to participate in Employee Stock Purchase Plan (select locations), Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts.\n\nWork/Life Balance: Flexible paid time off, holidays and parental leave program, relocation assistance.\n\nHealth & Welfare: Comprehensive insurance coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, Employee Assistance Plan (“EAP”) and other supplemental benefit coverages.\n\nProfessional Skills Development: Tuition Assistance, mentorship and coaching opportunities, leadership development and other personal growth programs.\n\nCulture: Warm, respectful, family-like environment driven by our 12 core values.
