For you, working with us can mean deeper job satisfaction, better rewards, and a great quality of life inside and outside of work.\nJob Title:\nSupplier Quality EngineerReporting To:\nManager, QualityWork Schedule:\nOnsite - Bangalore, INJob Description - Asia Pacific Region\nSupplier Quality Engineer - MOOG INDIA\nRevised Date:\n24th September 2026\nWritten by:\nReporting Manager\nOther manager review:\nNA\nReviewed by HR Manager:\nHR Manager\nReports to (title):\nManager - QA\nGroup / Business Unit:\nIndustrial / Moog India\nDepartment:\nQA\nMain responsibilities:\n· Evaluate, develop, and qualify new suppliers for components and assemblies.\n· Conduct supplier audits and assessments based on quality management system requirements.\n· Monitor supplier performance through KPIs such as PPM, on-time delivery, and corrective action closure.\n· Drive supplier quality improvement programs to achieve quality and cost targets.\n· Review supplier PPAP, Control Plans, PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, and quality documentation.\n· Lead investigations for supplier-related quality issues.\n· Validate manufacturing processes and process quality at supplier locations.\n· Ensure adherence to the quality system requirements, RoHS, REACH, 3TG, EMRT\nAuthorities: Accept the supplier part/product/process based on positive result of inspection/ audit.\nGenerate nonconformance report when deviation is identified in Part/Product/Process during inspection/ audit. Disposition of nonconforming part.
