This role drives New Product Introduction (NPI) strategy from drawing inspection through PO placement and delivery, resolves complex cross-functional supply-chain challenges, and reports program status and financial impacts to the site. You will serve as the primary communication link between Military program teams and East Aurora Site Leadership.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.\n7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, program management, or project management within a manufacturing, aerospace, or defense environment.\nExperience managing supplier performance, cost, schedule, and risk.\nExperience supporting customer proposals, pricing strategies, and program execution.\nKnowledge of FAR/DFAR requirements and government contracting environments.\nAbility to read technical drawings and resolve supplier technical issues.\nExperience with structured problem-solving methodologies (5 Why, 8D, Lean, Six Sigma preferred).\nStrong understanding of supply chain processes, business systems, and program lifecycle management.\nResponsibilities:\nDrive supplier delivery performance and resolve supply chain risks impacting cost, quality, and schedule.\nDevelop and execute material and cost strategies throughout the program lifecycle.\nLead supply chain support for customer proposals, including pricing development and proposal compliance.\nEnsure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements (FAR, DFAR, and customer requirements).\nManage supplier changes, transitions, and customer approval processes.\nProvide program status, financial impact reporting, and supply chain support for customer audits and reviews.\nTravel approximately 10-15%.\nOur Benefits - How We Care for You:\nFinancial Rewards: great compensation package, annual profit sharing, matching 401k and the ability to participate in Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts. \nWork/Life Balance: Flexible paid time off, holidays and parental leave program, relocation assistance. \nHealth & Welfare: Comprehensive insurance coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, Employee Assistance Plan (“EAP”) and other supplemental benefit coverages. \nProfessional Skills Development: Tuition Assistance, mentorship and coaching opportunities, leadership development and other personal growth programs. \nCollaborative and Welcoming Workplace: Inclusive culture rooted in our values, enhanced by Employee Resource Groups, and team-building activities. \nAdditional site-specific benefits may be offered.\nSchedule: Monday - Thursday, 10 hour shifts.\nSalary Range Transparency:\nBuffalo, NY $115,000.00-$155,000.00 AnnuallySalary Range Disclaimer\nThe base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location.
