Technischer Ausbilder (m/w/d)

Sie haben Freude daran, junge Menschen auf ihrem Weg in die Berufswelt zu begleiten und moderne Ausbildungsinhalte aktiv mitzugestalten? Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Teams als Ausbilder für technische Berufe (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche Betreuung und Anleitung unserer technischen Auszubildenden in der Ausbildungswerkstatt sowie im betrieblichen Durchlauf

  • Weiterentwicklung und Modernisierung der mechanischen Grundausbildung unter Berücksichtigung zukünftiger Technologien und Anforderungen

  • Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Digitalisierung von Schulungsunterlagen sowie Einführung neuer Ausbildungsinhalte (z. B. CAD/CAM, Automatisierung)

  • Organisation und Durchführung von Prüfungen im Ausbildungsberuf Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) sowie Mitarbeit im IHK-Prüfungsausschuss

  • Planung und Umsetzung praxisnaher Projekte mit Auszubildenden, beispielsweise in den Bereichen 3D-Druck und Fertigungstechnik

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Mechatronik, Mechanik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung, Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister wünschenswert

  • Ausbildereignung nach AEVO von Vorteil

  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im technischen Umfeld

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Fertigungstechnik, Grundkenntnisse in CAD/CAM und Hydraulik

  • Engagement, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an der Arbeit mit Auszubildenden

  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
