Automation, here’s what you’ll typically bring with you:\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\n\nSeven (7) or more years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial automation, robotics, controls engineering, advanced manufacturing, or related fields.\n\nDemonstrated experience leading technical teams, projects, or engineering initiatives.\n\nExperience implementing automation technologies within a manufacturing environment.\n\nStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, industrial automation systems, robotics, controls, software systems, and electromechanical technologies.\n\nFamiliarity with Technology Readiness Level (TRL) and Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) frameworks.\n\nProven ability to drive results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\n\nStrong communication, leadership, and project management skills.\n\nAbility to travel approximately 10-15%.\n\nIt’s preferred if you bring:\nAerospace, defense, automotive, medical device, or other highly regulated manufacturing experience.\n\nExperience with industrial robotics, machine vision, laser applications, optics, inspection systems, or metrology technologies.\n\nKnowledge of Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, Digital Manufacturing, and AI-enabled manufacturing solutions.\n\nProgramming or software development experience related to manufacturing systems, robotics, controls, or automation.\n\nExperience with Siemens NX or similar CAD platforms.\n\nExperience working with automation suppliers, system integrators, and capital equipment projects.\n\n As Manufacturing Engineering Manager -
