You will gain hands-on experience running the day-to-day content process-from researching investing topics and spotting relevant trends, to developing ideas, creating assets, scheduling posts, and reviewing performance.\nWorking closely with our Senior Content & Growth Specialist, you will take increasing ownership of our content pipeline and help build a more scalable, insight-led content engine for the team. If you are genuinely interested in investing, enjoy turning complex ideas into clear and engaging content, and want to see your work reach a real audience, we’d love to hear from you.\nWhat you'll be doing\nSocial Media Ownership & Growth: Own and grow moomoo’s social media channels through timely, engaging and value-driven content covering market insights, investing and wealth management, positioning moomoo as a trusted source of financial education.\nBrand Reputation & Trust: Maintain brand hygiene and lead initiatives to strengthen brand reputation, improve online sentiment and customer reviews, including scam awareness and education.\nContent Performance & Insights: Monitor content performance, analyse audience engagement and trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations to optimise content strategy.\nSupport wider brand and growth initiatives, including campaign content, community management, and improvements to our content workflows and templates.\n[BONUS] Video Content Production: Independently film and edit reels, short videos as social content to drive engagement, improve content variety and grow channel reach.\nWho are we looking for?\nCurrently pursuing, or recently graduated from, a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.\nA genuine interest in investing, personal finance, and financial markets. You do not need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable learning about investing topics and translating them into accessible content.\nStrong writing, editing, and communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail.\nA proactive and independent working style: you can take a brief, ask thoughtful questions, manage deadlines, and move work forward.\nComfortable balancing creativity with accuracy-especially when communicating financial topics.\nOrganised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.\nExperience with Canva, CapCut, Figma, or similar content-creation tools is a plus.\nEnglish speaking and fluency in Mandarin are preferred.\nA portfolio, personal content account, writing samples, university project, or other examples of your work will be highly valued.\nCommitment to a full-time internship from January to June 2027.\nBenefits\n Why You’ll Love It Here?\nReal ownership over meaningful content work, hands-on experience working in the fast-paced fintech world.
