You will create everything from scroll-stopping hooks and gameplay mechanics to rich narrative storytelling ads, at the pace and volume performance marketing demands.\nYou will direct generative tools (such asSeedance, Kling, Veo, Nano Banana 2, ChatGPT Image 2, ComfyUI, Suno, ElevenLabs, and others) alongside After Effects and Photoshop, combining the speed of AI with the storytelling fundamentals that make a shot work.\nApply today if you are passionate about video, storytelling, gaming and cutting-edge tech!\nResponsibilities\nOwn Video Ads End to End: Take a brief and run it on your own, from concept, art and AI generation through sound, edit and delivery, across gameplay-driven ads, story-driven narratives, scroll-stopping hooks and reskins.\n\nLearn What Wins: Study our ads' performance data alongside market trends and competitor creatives, and turn those insights into stronger hooks, angles and fresh ideas for every brief.\n\nMaintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all AI-generated output strictly adheres to each game's visual style guide, character roster, quality standards, brand identity and IP/copyright guidelines.\n\nStay Ahead of AI Advancements: Research, test and bring emerging image, video and audio models to the team to continuously speed up our creative workflows.\n\nRequirements\nHands-On Video Production Experience: 3+ years of practical, professional work making video: shooting, animating, designing motion, building 3D or editing real productions from start to finish.\n\nExpertise in Generative Video and Image: Hands-on experience with platforms like Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, Nano Banana 2 and ChatGPT Image 2, or similar.
