outcomes.\n\nBuild strategic relationships:develop strong client relationships and align account strategies with business goals.\n\nPerformance Optimization & Growth\nDrive optimization:improve campaign performance, ROAS, and account efficiency.\n\nLead retention and growth:develop growth plans, improve retention, and identify upselling opportunities.\n\nProduct & Cross-Functional Collaboration\nTranslate client needs into solutions:partner with Product to turn client requirements into actionable inputs.\n\nDrive cross-functional alignment:coordinate with BI, Operations, Finance, Influencer, and Product.\n\nImprove workflows:identify process gaps and proactively drive improvements.\n\nAnalytics & Reporting\nAnalyze performance:interpret dashboards, campaign data, and experience, including 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Success.\n\nExperience managing performance-based accounts in e-commerce, SaaS, marketplaces, or similar environments.\n\nA background in performance marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate, or agency + product environments.\n\nExperience with SaaS or tech platforms and cross-functional collaboration.\n\nStrong analytical skills and data literacy.\n\nStrong ownership, accountability, and ability to operate with minimal
