You are the connective tissue between the business and our Artists - a trusted partner who is as detail-oriented as you are intuitive, and who operates with calm, care, and precision under pressure. You'll be the primary bridge between our Artists and internal/external teams, handling everything from small logistical details to bigger-picture planning, and ensuring our Artists feel genuinely nurtured, supported, and set up for long-term success. You'll be central to a tight-knit, collaborative team that values creativity and discretion, bringing strong organizational skills alongside ideation and thought leadership across logistics, creative, utilization, operations, and partner relationships.\nResponsibilities:\nTalent Care & Relationship Nurturing: Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for all day-to-day needs across our Artists. Foster an empathetic, high-trust environment where talent feels heard, valued, motivated and genuinely supported throughout their career trajectory. \nSchedule & Calendar Management: Own and maintain artist calendars, schedules, logistics and deadlines, keeping everything current in real time. Coordinate complex logistics for appearances, shoots, media runs, travel and personal commitments with precision and zero friction.\nCorrespondence & Communication Management: Manage all incoming correspondence, scheduling, and communication on behalf of Artists and the Management team, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.\nAvailability & Team Communication: Proactively communicate talent availability, block-out dates, and routing to internal production, brand partnership, and marketing teams to maintain flawless cross-departmental alignment. \nLogistics, Advancements & On-Site Support: Handle logistics and advancement for shoots, meet & greets, travel, and other appearances.
