Headquartered in Berlin, we operate from eight offices across Europe, the US and Asia.\nIf you’re ready to build what’s next in private markets, let’s talk.\nExperiential Marketing Manager\nWe are seeking an ambitious and highly detail-oriented individual to join our Marketing team as an Experiential Marketing Manager reporting into the Head of Community.\nIn this role, you will help coordinate and manage a wide range of high-end experiential activations across the globe - including client-facing events such as lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions, conferences, and seminars, as well as brand partnerships, merchandising, and sales activation campaigns.\nYou will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Design, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure every project is executed seamlessly, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional, high-quality experiences for our audience.\nYou will:\nCoordinate and manage all aspects of events from planning to execution\nBuild a brand partnership book by curating experiential activations such as VIP merchandise and offline awareness campaigns\nPartner closely with internal teams to ensure projects align with business objectives, adhere to brand standards and timelines, and meet or exceed client expectations\nSupport contract negotiations with vendors and suppliers, and manage cost reporting and invoicing\nExecute experiential marketing strategies under the guidance of the Head of Community, including the creation of visual assets, CRM campaigns, and identifying new and unique marketing activations\nCoordinate investor experience initiatives and community-building projects in collaboration with the IR and Design teams\nCommunicate project details to internal and external stakeholders, enforcing timelines and brand standards\nOversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and technical setup\nManage event registration and attendee tracking, including responding to enquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely follow-up\nEnsure events and campaigns comply with all applicable internal and external regulations and guidelines\nTravel across Europe, the US, and Singapore as needed to support major on-site events\nThe next Moonfarian:\nHas experience in hospitality, event management, experiential marketing, or a related field\nPassionate about crafting exceptional experiences for people\nEager to build a career in luxury experiential marketing and brand partnerships\nHighly organised, with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously\nFluent in business English; additional languages are a plus\nA clear and confident communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills\nExperienced in managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and working with vendors\nDetail-oriented and solutions-focused, with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment\nEligible to work in the UK and open to international travel\nIf you feel you do not meet all of the requirements, we still encourage you to apply!\nPlease note that we do not accept applications sent by email.
