BuilderTrend proficiency is a strong advantage - if you know it, you'll hit the ground running.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Documentation & Scheduling\nMaintain and update construction schedules, Gantt charts, and project records\nTrack daily stand-up notes and weekly production meeting outcomes\nManage punch lists, work orders, closeout documentation, and lien release waivers\nSupport permit and entitlement processes\nVendor & Trade Partner Coordination\nCoordinate scopes of work and contract execution with trade partners\nCollect W-9s and Certificates of Insurance; manage contractor agreements\nCommunicate directly with trade partners to ensure task completion and schedule alignment\nFinancial & Procurement Support\nAssist with material procurement, purchase orders, and vendor sourcing\nProcess trade partner invoices and reconcile financial records\nGenerate project estimates, budgets, take-offs, and bid comparisons\nIdentify cost-saving opportunities and flag recurring operational issues\nDesign & Process Coordination\nCoordinate with architects and designers to maintain updated specification sheets\nSupport process improvement initiatives and maintain operational metrics\nProvide direct project support to the Director of Construction across all active projects\nRequirements\nMust-Have\n4-7 years of experience in construction project management or a closely related field\nStrong command of scheduling tools -
