拥有成功招聘中高级技术人才（如算法、研发、系统架构等）的闭环案例，具备强大的自驱寻源（Sourcing）能力和人才评估判断力。\n业务理解力： 对人工智能、大模型技术趋势有强烈兴趣和基本认知，具备快速学习复杂技术概念并能与技术人员流畅沟通的能力。\n核心素质：
