status meetings, and stakeholder reviews\nMaintain project documentation, project charters, and meeting records\nProject Tracking & Reporting\nMonitor project progress and track deliverables against schedules\nIdentify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies\nPrepare project status reports, dashboards, and metrics for stakeholders\nSupport budget tracking and resource utilization reporting\nStakeholder Communication\nFacilitate communication between project teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership\nSchedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and project reviews\nDocument action items and follow up on assigned tasks\nEnsure timely distribution of project updates and communications\nRisk & Issue Management\nAssist in maintaining project risk and issue logs\nTrack mitigation plans and resolution activities\nEscalate potential concerns to project leadership as needed\nProcess Improvement\nSupport the implementation of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO\nAssist in lessons learned sessions and project closeout activities\nRequired Qualifications\n1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, business analysis, or a related role.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.\nBasic understanding of project management methodologies.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\nExperience working on cross-functional teams.\nExperience with project management tools.\nCAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management).\nPMP training
