We help customers modernize money movement, create tokenized asset products, build institutional blockchain infrastructure, and automate financial workflows with AI.\nWe have delivered projects for clients such as Matter Labs, Canton Network and Solana. MSL has established a reputation for engineering robust, production-grade solutions that secure billions in institutional digital asset value. View our case study portfolio here.\nYour Role\nMoonsong Labs (MSL) is hiring a senior Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery and client success for service engagements.\nThis role is accountable for delivery outcomes (scope, timeline, budget, and client confidence) and partners closely with Principal Engineers, who are responsible for technical architecture and execution.\nThe Delivery Manager is the accountable owner of the engagement - ensuring projects are well-run, risks are proactively managed and clients have high confidence in how their engagement is being delivered. They work in close partnership with a Principal Engineer, who owns technical direction.\nThis is a senior delivery leadership role, not a project coordination function.\nWhat you'll do:\nOwn the post-sale client relationship and serve as the primary point of accountability for delivery.\n\nTranslate client goals and SOWs into clear delivery plans, milestones, priorities, and dependencies.\n\nOwn scope, timeline, budget, and change control, ensuring delivery remains commercially healthy.\n\nProactively identify risks, delays, and tradeoffs; surface them early and drive resolution.\n\nDrive execution against plan, coordinate team priorities, remove blockers, and maintain momentum.\n\nPartner with Principal Engineers on estimation, sequencing, feasibility, and technical constraints.\n\nTranslate technical tradeoffs into clear client decisions around scope, priorities, timeline, and budget.\n\nMaintain visibility into project health, utilization, financial performance, and expansion opportunities.\n\nOwn client-facing delivery documentation and help evolve MSL’s delivery practices, reporting, escalation, and handoffs.\n\nManage deliverable acceptance and formal client sign-off against the SOW and agreed criteria.\n\nWhat you'll bring:\nHighly literate in blockchain or AI systems to follow the tradeoffs and turn them into clear client decisions.\nAble to partner credibly with Principal Engineers on estimation, sequencing and feasibility, without owning the technical architecture yourself.\nProven track record owning delivery for complex software or services engagements, end to end, ideally within fintech, banks or payment providers.\nConfident with senior client stakeholders including C-level and skilled at earning their trust.\nExperience turning SOWs and client goals into clear plans, milestones and dependencies\nStrong command of scope, timeline, budget and change control, keeping engagements healthy and commercially sound.\nAble to spot risks early and drive them to resolution before they hit delivery.\nComfortable coordinating engineering teams, removing blockers and keeping momentum. \nExperience shaping delivery practices such as reporting, escalation and handoffs.\nCommercial instinct - you track utilization, margins and financial health and you notice where an account can grow.\nA clear, precise communicator who makes complex work easy to grasp for technical and non-technical people.\nPerks and Benefits:\n100% Remote\nFlexible vacation policy\nTwice a year company retreats\nHealth and Dental plans (for US based employees)","description_format":"text","description_chars":3665,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Flexible vacation policy"],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"United Kingdom","iso":"GB","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Blockchain & Crypto","Financial Software & Embedded Finance","Blockchain Infrastructure","Custom Software Development"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-12T20:29:28Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":26,"band":"fade","label":"Fading","p_open":1,"p_active":0.571,"p_room":0.45,"age_days":47,"expected_fill_days":28,"reasons":["conf:3","win:tail"],"computed_at":"2026-10-17T05:46:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/moonsonglabs-delivery-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/moonsonglabs-delivery-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-17T22:45:51Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":896,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-18T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":684025},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=684025"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fmoonsonglabs-delivery-manager"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fmoonsonglabs-delivery-manager"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fmoonsonglabs-delivery-manager"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/moonsonglabs-delivery-manager\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fmoonsonglabs-delivery-manager"}]}
