has agile mindset for business growth.\n- It is highly desirable if the candidate has a background in following industries: OEM, FMCG, F&B, regional-sales management, game-community experience. \n- The candidate should be capable of managing a large userbase with a customer-service orientation and will be a plus point if he/she has experience in government relations.\n\"forging new pathways within the MLBB ecosystem to engage emerging grassroots user segments (e.g., rural areas, younger demographics) across Indonesia\"\nResponsibilities:\n- Manage the opening of a new market with consistent aligned values; hence integrate with player base lifestyle.\n- Analyze target audience's metrics, provide actionable insights, and formulate strategic plans for community scalability and growth in terms of expanding to new segments, increasing engagement capacity.\n- Leverage existing resources to address local market conditions and player needs;
