operational support to the Finance department across a variety of accounting, logistics, reporting, and administrative functions.\nCoordinate freight, logistics, and shipping-related activities while communicating with internal departments and external vendors.\nPrepare and process domestic and international wire transfer requests.\nAssist with landed cost reporting and related financial documentation.\nMaintain spreadsheets, reports, and business records to support departmental operations.\nResearch and resolve discrepancies involving invoices, freight, vendor transactions, and financial records.\nAssist with month-end activities and other recurring finance processes as assigned.\nPrepare reports, documentation, and analysis for management and department leaders.\nCoordinate with internal departments to gather information and support cross-functional business initiatives.\nMaintain accurate records and ensure information is complete, organized, and up to date.\nIdentify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency.\nSupport special projects and other departmental initiatives as assigned.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nPreferred Experience:\n2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, logistics, purchasing, operations, or administrative support.\nExperience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.\nExperience supporting multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.\nExceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nAbility to communicate professionally with employees, vendors, and business partners.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.\nWillingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing business
