Job Summary

Are you ready to take your craftsmanship to the next level? We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drywall and Stucco Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll deliver high-quality drywall and stucco installation and repair work, contribute general framing and concrete work as needed, and maintain a clean, professional job site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drywall and Stucco Installation & Repair: Perform drywall and stucco installation, patching, and repair work with precision and efficiency.
  • General Framing: Assist with general framing work, including measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing framing materials.
  • Concrete Work: Assist with general concrete work, including site preparation, forming, pouring, and finishing.
  • Surface Preparation: Inspect and prepare surfaces to ensure they are clean, secure, and ready for drywall finishing or stucco application.
  • Finish Work Execution: Mix and apply stucco materials, tape and finish drywall, match existing textures and finishes, and complete related painting as needed to produce seamless, high-quality results.
  • Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and customer expectations.
  • Material & Tool Management: Coordinate material usage, load and organize tools and supplies, and support efficient job site operations.
  • Site Management & Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; ensure debris removal and proper disposal.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure job site.
  • Documentation & Communication: Complete service documentation accurately and communicate job status updates to Install Coordinators and management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in drywall and stucco installation, patching, texture matching, finishing, and painting, with general framing and concrete work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, methods, and safety practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.

Work Environment

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.

Pay Range

$35—$55 USD
