You will also be involved in driving the delivery of personal tax and trust advisory work, including preparing reports and leading discussions with prospective and existing clients.\nYou will mentor and oversee junior staff to support their ongoing development, provide technical training, and ensure the effective day-to-day delivery of compliance and advisory services.\nThis is a key client-facing role requiring you to engage confidently and professionally with trustees, executors, high net worth individuals, and other professional advisers.
