You will be required to drive the delivery of personal tax advisory work, including writing reports and leading discussions with prospective and existing clients - predominantly across our City and Romford office client base. As such, we are happy for the successful candidate to be based in either office.\nYou will also be required to oversee the work of more junior staff who are responsible for day-to-day delivery of private client services across a portfolio of around 200 clients.\nCentral to the team, this position involves direct contact with high net-worth clients and fellow professional advisors, all handled with credibility and professionalism. Strong technical expertise is therefore essential, and just as important is the capacity to explain intricate tax matters clearly to those without a specialist background.\nThe successful candidate will take ownership of how the team delivers its private client offering, while being proactive in putting forward ideas to improve internal processes and efficiency.
