We are looking for individuals who embrace challenges, value teamwork, pursue excellence, and want to grow alongside a company that is committed to doing the same.\nSalary: 150-175K Annually\nBenefits:\n4 weeks of PTO\nVehicle Allowance\nPhone Allowance\n401(k) with Company match\nDental insurance\nHealth insurance\nHealth savings account\nLife insurance\nVision insurance\nResponsibilities for this Construction Manager position include, but not limited to, the following:\nGeneral Requirements:\nProject Planning and Scheduling: Direct and oversee all field operations across multiple concurrent construction projects in different geographic regions. \nSupervision and Coordination: Overseeing and coordinating the activities of various construction teams, including subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project schedule milestones, and all applicable quality standards and safety regulations.\nEnsure consistent execution of construction plans, specifications, and quality standards across all project sites.\nQuality Control: Monitoring the quality of workmanship and materials used in construction, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.\nSafety Management: Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site, including workers, subcontractors, and visitors.\nProblem-solving: Addressing any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively, finding practical solutions to keep the project on track.\nClient Communication: Interface with clients as needed, providing updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the construction process.\nTeam Leadership: Providing leadership and guidance to superintendents and construction teams, motivating them to perform at their best, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting teamwork and collaboration.\nDocumentation and Reporting: Ensuring that Superintendents and field staff are maintaining accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedule updates/look-aheads, logs, RFIs, change orders, and other relevant paperwork, and are providing timely and accurate reports to project stakeholders.\nRisk Management: Conducting regular inspections and evaluations to assess project progress. Identifying potential risks associated with project execution and implementing measures to mitigate them effectively, minimizing the likelihood of accidents, delays, or cost overruns.\nEstablish and maintain regular communication protocols with project teams via site visits, conference calls, and digital project management platforms. \nTraining and Development: Assessing competency of superintendents and craft personnel to identify training and development needs. Providing and/or coordinating training and development opportunities for Superintendents and craft personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively and safely. Identifying \nCompliance: Implementing and enforcing company policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain a productive and safe work environment.\nConflict Resolution: Collaborating with field staff, project management, client personnel, engineering subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues and optimize project performance.\nRepresent Moore Industries to clients, subcontractors, and vendors in a professional respectable manner.\nPersonnel Management and Development\nProvide support, training, and mentorship to current and future field supervisors.\nAssess and develop current workforce and conduct annual performance evaluations for field supervision. Determine each supervisor’s strengths and weaknesses. Report findings back to the leadership team with recommendations on actions needed to strengthen competencies and overcome areas of weakness. \nInterview and assist with hiring new field supervisors (i.e. superintendents, assistant superintendents, and foreman)\nEnsure that field supervisors are developing and maintaining healthy client relations.\nIdentify craft personnel who possess the characteristics and desire to advance their career at Moore Industries.\nSelect field supervision (superintendents/foreman) for upcoming projects based on healthy alignment between the project parameters and the experience and competency level of available personnel. \nProject Execution\nMake routine site visits as needed to ensure that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and per QA/QC requirements.\nReview contract documents for all active projects to possess an understanding of the scope of work and project requirements.
