In this role, you will partner directly with executive leadership to establish visibility into strategic risks and market opportunities, while steering high-impact corporate priorities from inception through execution.\nThis is a high-visibility, executive-facing role designed for a versatile operator. You will operate comfortably across analytical, commercial, and operational domains-equally skilled at building complex financial models, evaluating commercial contracts, preparing board-level governance materials, and directing cross-functional task forces. The scope is broad by design, bridging corporate strategy, business development, financial analysis, legal coordination, and executive operations.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nExecutive Governance & Operations\nPartner with executive leadership to identify operational blind spots, surface strategic risks, and translate organizational insights into actionable initiatives\n\nAuthor and produce materials for the Board of Directors, advisory boards, executive business reviews, and company-wide town halls\n\nDraft high-impact communications, strategic memos, and briefing documents for executive leadership\n\nOrchestrate the executive leadership operating cadence, including strategic planning cycles, leadership offsites, and cross-functional alignment processes\n\nTrack company-wide OKRs and core strategic initiatives, holding teams accountable to deliverables, pace, and execution quality\n\nStrategic Initiatives & Market Expansion\nSpearhead critical cross-functional initiatives end to end, assembling and mobilizing taskforces across product, operations, and business functions\n\nSupport enterprise business development with prospective customers, OEMs, and strategic partners, including structuring RFI and RFP responses\n\nDrive operational and strategic planning for new market launches, covering commercial agreements, regulatory coordination, and organizational design prior to launch\n\nStructure and evaluate partnership models, capital structures, and fleet financing frameworks\n\nCorporate Finance & Strategic Diligence\nBuild and maintain financial models covering unit economics, international market expansion, validation operations, and complex partnership structures\n\nManage workstreams for fundraising and capital transactions, including investor data rooms, due diligence processes, and compliance mapping\n\nApply rigorous commercial discipline to potential deals and investments, evaluating ROI and establishing go/no-go thresholds\n\nOrganizational Enablement & Scaling\nPartner with leadership on strategic hiring for specialized and executive-track roles, including defining candidate scorecards, case studies, and interview architecture\n\nDesign and scale operational programs that drive enterprise leverage, including AI enablement, automated reporting, and workflow optimization\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nOur ideal hire brings 8+ years of experience in highly analytical and operational environments, such as top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy and bizops at a high-growth startup. You excel at taking ambiguous, complex problems, breaking them down into first principles, and driving them to measurable outcomes.\nYou'll also bring:\nMBA, graduate degree, or equivalent experience in a high-growth, technical, or quantitative environment\n\nAdvanced financial modeling skills, with proven ability to build unit economics, capital plans, and market entry models from the ground up\n\nDemonstrated track record negotiating commercial agreements and managing high-stakes, cross-functional programs to completion\n\nExceptional written communication and narrative design skills, with extensive experience developing board-level and executive presentations\n\nSound commercial, financial, and legal judgment, with experience collaborating closely with Legal and Finance leadership\n\nUncompromising discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive, confidential corporate and personnel matters\n\nAbility to operate with extreme autonomy, prioritize ruthlessly, and context-switch seamlessly in an ambiguous, rapidly scaling environment\n\nWillingness to travel as needed to operating hubs and international market launches\n\nBased in Phoenix, AZ or in one of our markets.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nDomain background in autonomous vehicles, robotics, mobility, ride-hailing, or fleet management\n\nEarly or foundational employee experience within a venture-backed scale-up\n\nDirect exposure to venture fundraising, debt facilities, or M&A diligence processes\n\nExperience driving international expansion, cross-border commercial deals, or multi-jurisdiction regulatory programs\n\nHands-on experience implementing AI tools and modern operations tooling to automate workflows and amplify personal productivity\n\nAbout the Team\nYou'll work in close alignment with Moove AV's CEO and Executive Leadership Team, collaborating daily with Operations, Finance, Legal, and People.
