The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes, monitoring, and production support.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.\n\n- Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure, including Virtual Machines, AKS, Azure Storage, Networking, and other Azure services.\n\n- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.\n\n- Implement and manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).\n\n- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus, and Grafana.\n\n- Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, including SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets.\n\n- Identify and troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and deployment-related issues.\n\n- Lead incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive action implementation.\n\n- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.\n\n- Implement automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting.\n\n- Manage Azure networking, security configurations, access controls, and disaster recovery.\n\n- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve deployment frequency and system reliability.\n\n- Ensure production environment stability through proactive monitoring and automated recovery mechanisms.\n\nRequired Technical Skills:\n\n- Cloud Platform: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.\n\n- DevOps Tools: Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Repos, Boards, and Artifacts.\n\n- CI/CD: Pipeline creation, automation, release management, and deployment strategies.\n\n- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.\n\n- Containerization: Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).\n\n- Monitoring & Observability: Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.\n\n- Scripting: PowerShell, Python, or Bash.\n\n- Version Control: Git, GitHub, or Azure Repos.\n\n- Operating Systems: Linux and Windows administration.\n\n- Networking: Azure Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, DNS, VPN, NSG, and Application Gateway.\n\n- SRE Practices: Incident management, RCA, capacity planning, performance optimization, SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.\n\n- Security: Azure IAM, RBAC, Key Vault, secrets management, and security best practices.\n\nMandatory Requirements:\n\n- 6 - 10 years of overall experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps.\n\n- Practical experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Good understanding of SRE principles and production environment management.\n\n- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code.\n\n- Strong troubleshooting, automation, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Ability to manage critical production incidents and ensure service availability.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-400, or AZ-305.\n\n- Experience with high-availability architecture and disaster recovery.\n\n- Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.\n\n- Experience with cloud cost optimization and security compliance.\n\n- Exposure to GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.\n\nKey Competencies:\n\n- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\n\n- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.\n\n- Ability to work independently and handle production-critical responsibilities.\n\n- Strong ownership and accountability towards system reliability and uptime.\n\nNOTE: WE ARE ONLY
