close attention to detail.\nExperience in the entertainment industry and/or ticketing platforms will be considered a strong advantage.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop in-depth hands-on expertise on the More.com platform and how it operates.\nOversee the learning & development (L&D) lifecycle of our team members at the European offices and provide second-level support for their day-to-day operations.\nCoordinate and closely monitor the daily tasks and workflow of our Account Managers, ensuring consistent standards, timely follow-up, and smooth collaboration across markets.\nManage a portfolio of event organizers in European countries where Μore.com does not have a local presence, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships while continuously improving how we work together.\nAssist the Account Managers in supporting their event organizers (from onboarding and registration on the More.com platform, to event creation, to collecting and acting on their feedback).\nOversee all internal processes related to the accounts, working closely and collaboratively with all other teams and departments.\nRequirements\n3-5 years of experience in client/partner account management, sales support, or customer success.\nExperience working in multinational environments and cooperating with professionals across different markets or countries.\nStrong technical skills with proficiency across MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, MS Dynamics).\nHands-on experience with CRM tools.\nExcellent command of Greek and English; knowledge of French, German or Spanish is considered an advantage.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across cultures.\nProven ability to prioritize, coordinate, and follow up on multiple
