You’ll work with colleagues and suppliers across different European markets, so those language skills can be genuinely useful here, not just another box to tick.\nThe Role\nYou’ll manage day-to-day Accounts Payable activities, from invoice processing and PO matching through to supplier queries, reconciliations and month-end support.You’ll work closely with Finance, Purchasing and other teams across EMEA, making sure invoices are processed accurately, issues are resolved and P2P processes run smoothly.Responsibilities\nWhat You’ll Do\nProcess third-party and intercompany invoices from receipt through to payment.\nMatch invoices to purchase orders and investigate quantity or value discrepancies.\nEnsure invoices comply with relevant accounting, tax and VAT requirements.\nManage supplier queries and resolve invoice and payment issues.\nWork with Purchasing, invoice approvers and Finance teams to resolve outstanding items.\nMaintain accurate supplier master data in the ERP system.\nComplete monthly GRNI reconciliations and support month-end activities, including reconciliations and accruals.\nReview and process employee expense claims in line with company policies.\nProvide documentation for internal and external audits.\nSupport standardisation, automation and continuous improvement of P2P processes across EMEA.\nFollow internal controls and support the Morgan Code and ThinkSAFE principles.\nQualifications\nWhat You’ll Bring\nPrevious experience in Accounts Payable, P2P or a similar Finance role.\nGood understanding of invoice processing and Accounts Payable processes.\nStrong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.\nA methodical and organised approach, with the ability to manage deadlines.\nGood communication skills and confidence working with suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nGood Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.\nGood command of English.\nAbility to work independently and as part of an international team.\nNice to Have\nAn additional European language, particularly French, German or Italian.\nExperience with JDE, IFS or another global ERP system.\nExperience working in an international or Shared Services environment.\nExperience working with teams across different countries and cultures.\nWhat You’ll Get\nYou’ll join an international Finance team with exposure to Accounts Payable and P2P processes across EMEA.
