The successful candidate will work closely with Finance teams across the region and contribute to maintaining strong financial controls and continuously improving treasury processes.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nPost and allocate daily bank transactions accurately in the ERP system.\nMonitor incoming and outgoing payments across EMEA bank accounts.\nPerform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.\nMaintain accurate treasury records and supporting documentation.\nSupport month-end and year-end closing activities.\nProvide documentation required for internal and external audits.\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, company policies and financial procedures.\nWork closely with Finance teams across EMEA to resolve banking and reconciliation queries.\nSupport process improvements within the Treasury and Finance function.\nQualifications\nRequirements\nEssential\nPrevious experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury or a similar role.\nGood understanding of bank reconciliations.\nStrong attention to detail and good numerical skills.\nGood organisational and communication skills.\nStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.\nAbility to work independently and as part of an international team.\nGood command of English.\nDesirable\nExperience with multi-bank or multi-currency reconciliations.\nExperience in an international or Shared Services environment.\nKnowledge of JDE, IFS or a similar ERP system.\nMorgan Advanced Materials is a business rich in history and innovation.
