Listed on London Stock Exchange; Member of the FTSE 250 Index.\nResponsibilities\nSummary\nWorks with Engineering and Production personnel to create production drawings, establish standard work documentation, and aid in process improvements with the goal of full time hire after completion of Engineering degree.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nDocuments processes through clear and specific work instructions.\nWork with Production team to develop and maintain robust production processes.\nRevises SolidWorks drawings according to production requirements.\nSupport continuous improvement projects through planning and documentation.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nEducation/Certifications/Specialties:\nMust be enrolled in classes toward a BS degree in Materials Science, Ceramics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.\nExperience:\nNo experience required\nKnowledge/Abilities/Skills:\nOral, written, listening and communication skills.\nMicrosoft Word and Excel capable.\nKnowledge of lean manufacturing/six-sigma desirable.\nKnowledge of ASME Y14.5 geometric dimensioning and tolerancing desirable.\nKnowledge of SolidWorks CAD/CAM desirable.\nKnowledge of machining practices and processes desirable.\nEffective interpersonal skills.\nEffective organizational skills.\nStrong analytical skills.\nAbility to work under frequently changing priorities and deadlines.\nAbility to work in a production-oriented environment.\nEssential Functions:\nOperate a computer workstation and related hardware and software.\nOperate standard office equipment.\nInterprets product drawings, work instructions and other written documents to meet customer and quality specifications.\nConstantly uses required personal protective safety equipment including eye protection, hearing protection, breathing device/respirator equipment (as required)\nConstantly evaluates and reprioritizes tasks to meet changing production and customer needs.\nRegular and predictable attendance is required.\nMorgan is proud to offer its employees with the following:\nGreat opportunity with training provided for advancement.\nBenefits start on first day of regular full-time employment.
