You’ll lead the global sales effort for our ceramic cores business- ensuring we build strong customer relationships and deliver sustainable profitable growth.\nThe Role: You’ll run the commercial side of things globally. That means shaping how we sell, setting pricing strategies, negotiating long-term deals, and building relationships that customers value.\nAround 50% of your time will be on the road, mostly across North America and Europe to visit customers and attend technical at our sites and our customers’ sites. So you’ll need to be as comfortable in a boardroom as you are putting on safety glasses in a production setting.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the commercial strategy for our ceramic cores business worldwide.\nDrive sustainable, profitable growth.\nDevelop and oversee pricing strategies across all regions.\nNegotiate and manage long-term agreements with key customers.\nSupport and guide regional sales teams to improve effectiveness.\nBuild and maintain high-value relationships across Europe, North America, and beyond.\nQualifications\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nSolid experience in B2B technical sales-engineering or material science settings.\nA history of leading international teams and managing a sales P&L\nStrategic mindset backed up by action-you’ve delivered growth before and you’ve got the receipts.\nLeadership that works remotely as well as in person.\nComfort navigating multiple cultures, time zones, and the reality of constant travel.\nDegree in business, engineering, or similar (MBA is a nice extra, not essential).\nNice to Have:\nFamiliarity with ceramics, casting, or aerospace markets.\nProven experience growing business in Europe and North America.\nWhat You’ll Get:\nA genuinely influential role-you’ll shape the future of a critical niche business.\nCompetitive salary, bonus, and benefits.
