It’s complex, highly technical work and we’re growing.\nThat’s why we’re looking for a Manufacturing / NPI Engineer.\nYou’ll take ownership of new product introductions for a set of customers, making sure new parts move smoothly from design to production. That means running trials, checking data, and making sure projects land where they should: on time, on budget, and with margins that make sense.\nIt’s a hands-on role. Sometimes you’ll be in meetings with customers, sometimes you’ll be deep in project data, and sometimes you’ll be on the shop floor running trials yourself or investigating. The common thread is making sure the process works, the quality holds up, and everyone knows where things stand.\nResponsibilities\nWhat you’ll be doing\nManaging NPI projects from start to finish using our project systems.\nCreating New parts on our MRP system, building trial information, and customer agreed standards documentation. \nWorking with engineering tolerances to conduct CMM analysis and improvement reports.\nManaging Engineering changes, internal and external requests, through the business.\nRunning Gauge R&R checks and supporting FAIR submissions.\nCoordinating with production to ensure trials are delivered to plan.\nProducing clear updates, reports, and executive summaries for stakeholders.\nUsing ERP systems (IFS/CRM/D365) for costings, routings, and product data.\nMonitoring Yields, Efficiencies, & Troubleshooting on new products and Legacy cores; driving improvements where needed.\nUsing root cause analysis to fix problems first time.\nQualifications\nWhat you’ll bring\nA High level of understanding / time served, in an engineering discipline; Mechanical, Manufacturing, Project or Injection Tooling.\nHands-on experience in a technical/engineering department.\nBackground in new product introduction or product development.\nStrong communication skills - able to explain complex things clearly to colleagues and customers.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Minitab.\nDetail-oriented, mechanically minded, and resilient.\nConfidence to chair meetings and represent the business with customers.\nNice to have\nLean Six Sigma experience.\nUnderstanding of injection moulding.\nE2E Project management Experience\nExperience handling tricky customer situations with professionalism.\nWhat you’ll get\n37.5 hours a week: Mon-Thu 8:00-16:30, Fri 8:00-13:30.\nThe chance to lead meaningful projects in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.\nExposure to aerospace and industrial customers at a high technical level.\nPay and benefits you’d expect from a global business.\nIf you want to see your engineering work actually make it into production and matter to customers, this is the place to do it.
