Listed on London Stock Exchange; Member of the FTSE 250 Index.\nResponsibilities\nMorgan Advanced Materials is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to operate and maintain specialized chemical vapor deposition (CVD) equipment at our Hudson, New Hampshire facility. You will work with high-temperature furnaces, high-vacuum systems, process gases, cooling-water systems, and related support equipment used to manufacture ultra-pure advanced ceramic materials for demanding semiconductor, optical, and LED applications.\nBuild the materials behind next-generation technology.\nWhy This Role Stands Out\nWork directly with uncommon, technically challenging CVD, vacuum, furnace, and high-purity process systems.\nDevelop valuable advanced-manufacturing skills in a small-site environment where technicians can see the full process and make a visible impact.\nPartner closely with experienced operations, maintenance, engineering, quality, and EHS professionals.\nBuild expertise that transfers across semiconductor, vacuum, thermal-processing, and advanced-materials manufacturing.\nJoin a global materials company whose products help customers solve difficult technical problems.\nWhat You Will Do\nSet up, operate, monitor, and maintain high-temperature furnaces, high-vacuum equipment, and related CVD process systems.\nFollow approved work instructions and process controls to deliver safe, consistent output that meets quality and production requirements.\nRecord process readings, material movement, inspections, and production information accurately to maintain complete product traceability.\nRecognize abnormal equipment or process conditions, respond appropriately, and escalate issues promptly.\nPerform routine equipment checks, cleaning, minor maintenance, and operator preventive-maintenance tasks; coordinate with maintenance on more complex work.\nSupport high-purity gas, plumbing, cooling-water, wastewater, and other facility-connected systems associated with the process.\nUse sound mechanical judgment to troubleshoot equipment and process issues with the appropriate support teams.\nMaintain an orderly work area and actively participate in 5S, continuous improvement, waste reduction, and reliability efforts.\nWork collaboratively across shifts and functions to communicate status, priorities, and concerns.\nFollow all site safety requirements, use required personal protective equipment, complete required training, and report hazards, injuries, and process concerns immediately.\nQualifications\nWhat You Bring\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nTwo or more years of experience in manufacturing, equipment operations, industrial maintenance, or a comparable hands-on technical environment.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and confidence using tools while working around industrial equipment.\nAbility to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions and to document work accurately.\nStrong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and a safety-first approach.\nAbility to organize work, manage multiple priorities, and contribute effectively as both a self-directed technician and a team member.\nBasic math and computer skills, including the ability to enter and review production data.\nExperience That Will Help You Succeed\nHigh-vacuum systems, industrial furnaces, thermal processing, or CVD equipment.\nElectromechanical troubleshooting, pumps, valves, instrumentation, controls, or preventive maintenance.\nHigh-purity gas delivery, industrial plumbing, cooling-water, or wastewater systems.\nISO 9001 or another controlled quality system.\nLean manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, or structured continuous-improvement methods.\nSchedule and Work Environment\nThis is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week, on-site position in Hudson, New Hampshire. The specific shift will be confirmed for the opening during the recruiting process. The role is performed in an industrial manufacturing environment and requires sustained awareness around high-temperature equipment, vacuum systems, process gases, moving equipment, airborne particles, and chemicals.
