We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on EHS leader to oversee Environmental, Health & Safety performance across two manufacturing sites. This is a multi-site leadership role requiring consistent on-site presence and travel between our St. Marys and Coudersport facilities.\nThis position is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong safety cultures, leading teams across locations, and driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLeadership & Strategy\nLead and mentor EHS Engineers across both sites, ensuring alignment and consistency\nChampion corporate EHS programs while developing practical, site-driven solutions\nPartner with site and regional leadership to align EHS strategy with business goals\nFoster a proactive, high-trust safety culture across both facilities\nMulti-Site Presence & Collaboration\nMaintain a regular, visible presence at both locations to support operations and reinforce safety culture\nTravel frequently between St. Marys and Coudersport to engage teams, conduct assessments, and lead initiatives\nEnsure consistency in EHS standards, practices, and expectations across both sites\nCompliance & Risk Management\nEnsure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations\nConduct risk assessments, audits, and compliance reviews\nOversee hazardous waste management, permitting, and reporting (RCRA, NPDES, Title V, etc.)\nMaintain accurate EHS records, logs, and documentation\nIncident Prevention & Continuous Improvement\nLead incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)\nIdentify trends and implement corrective and preventive actions\nDrive Behavior-Based Safety and observation programs\nDevelop and maintain Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)\nTraining & Engagement\nDesign and deliver impactful EHS training programs across both sites\nLead safety meetings and plant-wide initiatives\nEngage employees at all levels to build ownership of safety practices\nServe as a visible EHS leader on the manufacturing floor\nProgram Management\nManage key programs including LOTO, PPE, Confined Space, Fall Protection, Hazard Communication, and more\nOversee emergency preparedness and response\nSupport energy reduction and sustainability initiatives\nLead or participate in Plant Safety Committees\nWhat Success Looks Like\nReduced incident rates and sustained improvements across both locations\nStrong and consistent safety culture at each site\nHigh levels of employee engagement in safety programs\nFull regulatory compliance with minimal external findings\nWhat You Bring\nExperience & Knowledge\nStrong EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environments\nProven ability to lead across multiple sites or complex operations\nDeep knowledge of environmental regulations (RCRA, Title V, SARA, NPDES, etc.)\nExperience with ISO-style EHS management systems\nLeadership & Skills\nAbility to influence and drive change across multiple teams and locations\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills\nHands-on approach with time spent on the production floor\nSkilled in incident investigation, risk assessment, and problem-solving\nMindset\nPassion for safety and continuous improvement\nAbility to balance multiple priorities and locations effectively\nHigh level of accountability, integrity, and ownership\nSelf-directed with strong organizational and time management skills\nWhy Join Us?\nHigh-impact leadership role across two key manufacturing sites\nOpportunity to strengthen and unify safety culture across locations\nCollaboration with regional and global EHS leaders\nMake a real difference in safety, sustainability, and employee well-being\nQualifications\nEducation and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and 5-7 years minimum experience;
