You'll work closely with teams in both Pennsylvania and Ohio to standardize processes, improve yields, reduce scrap, and help bring new products and processes to life.\nThe Role\nThis is a hands-on engineering role where you'll spend time analyzing processes, working with production teams, investigating issues, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. You'll be the bridge between engineering, quality, and operations, helping turn data into practical solutions.If you enjoy solving manufacturing challenges rather than just talking about them, you'll fit right in.What You'll Do\nLead continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, productivity, and throughput\nCapture and analyze current manufacturing processes, then identify opportunities to reduce variation and improve performance\nSupport process qualification activities and implement improvements during new product launches\nRun process evaluations, troubleshooting activities, and root cause investigations on the shop floor\nDevelop and maintain bills of materials, work instructions, procedures, and control plans\nConduct PFMEAs and support risk reduction initiatives\nLead corrective and preventive actions to address quality and production concerns\nDevelop sampling plans and data collection methods to support quality and customer requirements\nUtilize statistical analysis, DOE methodologies, SPC tools, and Minitab to drive decisions\nValidate measurement systems through techniques such as Gage R&R and Gage Linearity studies\nTrain and support manufacturing associates on best practices and process improvements\nPartner with cross-functional teams to introduce and sustain new manufacturing methods\nQualifications\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field\n5+ years of manufacturing, process engineering, or continuous improvement experience\nStrong understanding of manufacturing systems and statistical process control\nExperience using structured problem-solving tools such as 8D, Pareto Analysis, and PDCA\nWorking knowledge of Minitab and data-driven improvement techniques\nExperience conducting PFMEAs and supporting process validations\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation\nFamiliarity with GD&T, Measurement Systems Analysis, and metrology principles\nKnowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality systems is helpful\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and waste reduction initiatives preferred\nCAD or 3D design software experience is a plus\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with production, quality, and leadership teams\nA practical, hands-on approach to problem solving.
