Listed on London Stock Exchange; Member of the FTSE 250 Index.\nResponsibilities\nJob Purpose:\nThe Planner develops and maintains production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing manufacturing capacity, material availability, inventory levels, and operational efficiency. The role coordinates closely with production, supply chain, and the Greenville team to support on-time delivery, production continuity, and accurate planning data.Essential Responsibilities:\nTrack and analyze planning and production KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.\nPlan and coordinate raw material availability to ensure uninterrupted production and optimal inventory levels.\nDevelop, maintain, and update daily and weekly production schedules based on customer demand, capacity, material availability, and operational priorities.\nCoordinate production plans with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and other cross-functional teams to ensure on-time execution.\nGenerate and manage work orders to support efficient production flow and schedule compliance.\nMonitor production performance, identify risks or constraints, and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery commitments.\nCollaborate with the Greenville team and internal stakeholders to align demand, inventory, capacity, and material requirements.\nCommunicate schedule changes, priority adjustments, and capacity impacts to relevant stakeholders on time.\nMaintain accurate planning data in ERP/MRP systems to support effective decision-making and operational execution.\nQualifications\nKey Requirements\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.\nExperience\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Production Planning, Materials Planning, Supply Chain, Scheduling, or a similar manufacturing environment.\nExperience working with ERP/MRP systems.\nExperience coordinating production schedules, inventory management, and material requirements.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.\nTechnical Skills\nProduction Planning and Scheduling.\nMaterials Planning and Inventory
