These aren’t the final parts themselves, they’re the moulds that aerospace and turbine manufacturers use to create the complex shapes inside their components. It’s specialist work, it’s busy, and it’s growing. Which means quality isn’t optional.\nThat’s where you come in.\nWe’re looking for a Quality Engineer who can keep us compliant ISO9001 and AS9100, manage audits, and deal with the occasional customer who isn’t thrilled when things go wrong. More importantly, you’ll help prevent those things from happening in the first place.\nThis isn’t a role for someone who only wants to sit behind a desk. You’ll be out on the shop floor, working with operators, solving problems, and making processes clearer so that good quality is built in, not bolted on.\nResponsibilities\nWhat you’ll be doing\nRunning audits and keeping us on track with ISO9001 & AS9100.\nInvestigating complaints and closing them out properly, not just quickly.\nSupporting shop-floor teams with RCCA, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why and other problem-solving tools.\nReducing scrap and improving yields by making sure instructions and processes are clear.\nReporting on KPIs and helping to drive continuous improvement.\nQualifications\nWhat you’ll bring\nExperience in aerospace, automotive, or another manufacturing quality environment.\nWorking knowledge of ISO9001 & AS9100 (internal auditor qualified would be a bonus).\nHands-on experience with tools like FMEA, RCCA, Lean Sigma.\nConfidence dealing with customers, auditors, and colleagues at every level.\nA practical, problem-solving mindset.\n\nWhat you’ll get\n37.5 hours a week: Mon-Thu 8:00-16:30, Fri 8:00-13:30 (yes, an early start to the weekend).\nThe chance to make a real difference in a growing business.\nA team that wants to get quality right, first time, not just tick boxes.\nPay and benefits you’d expect from a global manufacturer.\nIf that sounds like the kind of role you’d enjoy, apply now.\nDon’t have an up-to-date CV?
